Mix Green´s  kiwi salad with Squid. Top with Miso Vinaigrette

Ingredients for the salad
2 kiwis, peeled, diced
6 Cups mix of wild greens
1 green apple without heart cut into slices

Miso vinaigrette
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Miso paste
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tsp sugar
1 pinch ground pepper
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Tempura Squid
Vegetable oil
1 Cup prepare Tempura Mix
3/4 cup of ice water
1 lb. cleaned squid and cut into rings

Preparation for the Squid:
1 .Preheat oil in a large saucepan.
2. Prepare the mixture for tempura with ice water in a medium bowl and whisk until blended
3. Dip the squid one by one in the mixture and place in the hot oil.
4. Cook 1-2 minutes until golden set them on paper towels to drain.

Now for the fun part putting it all together!
2. Place the greens, kiwi and apple in a large bowl salad.
3. Pour the Miso Vinaigrette on green leaves and blended well .
4. Divide the salad among 4 plates
5. Decorate the dishes by add kiwi puree. Then garnish the salad with tempura squids

His favorite beer with this meal is called: La IPA Del Templo
