Jalapeno poppers low fat !

Jalapeno Poppers

I like to used about 20 to 25 Jalapeno

Two 8 oz box's of low fat cream cheese

1 pack of Turkey Bacon

1 ½ cup shredded low fat Colby-Monterrey jack cheese

First start by cutting your Jalapeno in half and deseed them .Then place them in a bowl and put to the side ..Them put the cream cheese in another bowl so it can get soft .. Next start cooking the bacon till crispy remove and place on paper towel to drain any oil .Once the bacon is cool you can stat cutting it in to little bit size pieces… Then in a large bowl mix the cream cheese with the little bacon pieces and add the 1 ½ of Colby cheese m ix it well… Now set your oven to 350 degrees , while the oven is heating up you can start filling the Jalapenos with the mix by using a spoon , place a spoon full of the mix on Jalapenos then place them on a cookie sheet . Once the cookie sheet id full place the Jalapeno in the over for about 15-20 min or until golden brown .. take them out and let cool for about five minutes and enjoy … His favorite beer with this is called Day of the Dead which is in IPA .
